Jack’s CondoApartment is a 3-bedroom private owned condominium unit located in Marina Court Resort Condominium, Kota Kinabalu City, Sabah. Our 3-bedroom unit at Marina Court Resort Condominium mostly was leased from the respective owners of Marina Court and some units are bought over as well.

Each unit of the condominiums are spacious and fully furnished with well equipped kitchenette facilities and it sleeps up to 6 persons. It is ideal for family vacation , company or business trip, goom's / bride's getaway, as its perfect seaview, leisure facilities such as bars, seafood /local food/western food restaurants, coffee houses, night market, Sabah handicraft & souvenir hub and shopping malls such as Centerpoint, Warisan Square and Wawasan Plaza. All are just within easy walking distance and make it a perfect location for visitors.

All our unit are fully furnished, air-conditioning in every bedroom and living room, installed with Astro Satellite TV, and equipped with kitchenette & dining facilities.We also provide daily house keeping services which include changing of towels, throwing of rubbish is our daily core.

    It is also possible for a condominium to consist of single family dwellings: so-called "detached condominiums" where homeowners do not maintain the exteriors of the dwellings, yards, etc. or "site condominiums" where the owner has more control and possible ownership (as in a "whole lot" or "lot line" condominium) over the exterior appearance. These structures are preferred by some planned neighborhoods and gated communities.

    Wow, the owner of this condo must be really rich. Here in the Philippines, almost all of the well known condos are owned by big corporations. One big example is the developer Megaworld, you can visit them here.
